Pastor Fox was a dear man. He baptized both of my children at East Nidars church in rural Baltic. We got a chance to visit with him and Susan when they visited a couple weeks ago for the 100th Anniversary of East Nidaros. I’m glad we got a chance to see him again before his departure to our Heavenly Father. Our prayers are with his family and his church family.

Michael was a special friend who always had a good listening ear. His unique sense of humor always helped me to see the bright side of life. Most of all – his face just shone when he shared his faith in Jesus Christ. He was so sincere in his belief and wanted to share it with everyone he met. I was so happy when he and Susan met and got together as she was a friend from my intern days inn Colton. I have been deeply blessed to have known Michael and been touched with the faith he shared in Jesus Christ.
God bless you Susan and family. Michael’s example of living a Christ filled life will always be with me. Thank you Jesus for Michael.

I will remember and certainly miss the joyfulness of Michael’s spirit. He often greeted me in the same manner Mr. Ed greeted his owner. There was an impishness about him. I also know he loved being a pastor and I have no doubt he loved those whom he served. He will be missed. May our gracious God comfort all those who mourn his death.

Deepest Sympathy to the Fox Family.
Pastor Fox was our Pastor in Baltic. and I mowed lawn for him while he lived in Baltic.

Mike did some temporary work for us at Securian Financial Services quite a few years ago. We grew to love his sense of humor and we had some really great laughs with him and some standing jokes that carry on still today. I’ve kept track of him and touched base with him over the years and I was so very sorry to hear of his passing. He was a really special person with a warm heart, contageous personality, and sweet disposition. Peace is surely with him now.

Dear Susan,
Do you remember when we first met at a Faith Builder Prayer Retreat? You requested prayers from the rest of us, that you and Michael would hear God’s will in your new found relationship.
You’ve had my prayers ever since.
What a blessing to share that last day in worship and at the Lord’s table together.
Love,
Bobbe

Michael J. Fox loved Jesus and he was compassionate and thoughtful. Meticulous, refined and a good brother in Christ Jesus. He was a fellow thespian, a great actor with much passion and he really cared about people. We both emceed the synod assembly party I stuck him the hard job of telling jokes which is really difficult but he had a great sense of humor and his smile could light the night sky. I will miss him and his spirit.
For those in Sturgis you have my prayers and to Susan and the family I will be praying for you during this difficult week. Pastor Jeff M. Otterman
