As you plan your annual meeting in your congregation, we have a number of resources available on the synod website that you may find helpful:

Pastor Bill Tesch, Director of Evangelical Mission and Associate to Bishop Zellmer, also conducted a webinar on January 12 with tips for completing your year-end forms.  The recording from that webinar is available to be viewed online.

Please send us “Your Congregation’s Plan for Mission Support” and the  ”2012 Congregational Leadership Form” to the synod office after your annual meetings.  They may be completed online or mailed to the synod office.  Both forms are due to the Synod Office before January 31.
