Choosing a Bishop Letter and Worksheet

The 2013 South Dakota Synod Assembly (June 7-8, 2013) will include a bishop election. The Bishop Elections Committee encourages congregations, councils, and rostered leaders to continue to have conversations about the nomination and election process and to keep the process in your prayers.

A letter and worksheet from the SD Synod Council entitled “Choosing A Bishop” is available online to aid conversation at Church Council meetings, Annual Meetings, Conference Meetings, any other gathering.
